Overview

Title: TP400 Quality & Product Assurance Representative, Turino


Scope of Service:

Provide Service as customer Representative of Quality Assurance and Production at the supplier, Turino, Italy. Manage day-to-day issues together with the customer production team in cooperation with the supplier team and the related business units. Ensure process compliance of the productions and be the first level of escalation.


Service Provider Prime Accountabilities:

 Act as customer focal point for all quality and certification related topics at the supplier and be the first level of escalation with the supplier

 Participate in the supplier internal Quality Gates and check production and process compliance

 Perform Buy-Off of each PGB delivery

 Monitor capacity and capability improvements plan and action implementation status

 Follow up of customer and supplier investigations related to Non Conformity Reports (NCRs), concessions or Quality Escapes (QE) raised along the supply chain of the supplier work share and track the status of the corrective actions committed by supplier

 Ensure a high quality standard of the documents delivered by supplier by sampling of the deliveries (e. g. check for "error free" log cards and ensure the application of the logbook golden rules)

 Track and follow up the Customer’s Significant Event Reports (SNAGs) related to supplier work share and be in contact with the Quality Representative at FAL

 Perform Quality and POA (Production Organization Approval) Audits at supplier to ensure process adherence at all levels and address specific critical areas (e. g. FOD, cleanliness)

 Be able to offer reactive support to crisis situation and coordinate crisis team and actions

 Review the Quality Metrics and KPIs provided by supplier

 Align with supplier on process and documentation improvement and ensure that the committed measures are successfully implemented.

 Identify risks, propose and coordinate mitigation actions

 Align activities with the customers Director assigned to the supplier work share

 Report regularly to the Chief of Quality and Product Assurance and escalate issues when needed

service Provider Required skills:

 Senior Quality Engineer with aerospace background and good experience in production

 Several year of experience with supplier management, monitoring and surveillance

 Good experience in various Quality methods for investigations (8D, 5-Why, etc.)

 Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

 Very flexible regarding working and service times as we have to cope with unscheduled events and a tight delivery plan

 Team player able to work in a multi-cultural environment

 Good English level is mandatory

 Good Italian level is required, as the Service will be located in Torino, Italy
