Source Inspection Support

Support inspecting of Basalt fibre hank coated with Aluminum at a supplier near Tbilisi, Georgia.

The inspector is required to visit the site approximately one day a month to conduct inspections for customer parts.

• Must have experience with Aerospace and/or Defence industry.
• Need to have experience with the Mechanical inspection.
• Elements to be confirmed are:
  • Width of fibres (µm)
  • Length of hank (m)
  • Weight of the hank (Kg)
  • Coating quality (microscopical inspection)

The task will include:

• Document review.
• Shipping & packaging confirmation.
• Confirmation of work orders and sampling plans.
• Inspection of sample parts.

The customer has 2 to 4 orders per year with parts supplied in batches throughout the year.
