In terms of scope, since the supplier no longer holds ISO9001 accreditation, we will require the following:
- A full management system audit to assess the current state of their quality management system
- A review of their safety performance to ensure compliance and understand risks
- A product-specific process audit, ideally focused to verify their production controls
- 3 - 5 Years of Auditing experience is required
- Aerospace or Defence experience mandatory
